About:

Navigating the workplace is complex with politics, job stress, organizational change, performance reviews, work-life balance, and career growth. And often, organizations move so quickly it's hard to get genuine 1-on-1 time with your boss or someone else you trust.

As a former Fortune 100 manager, I am intimately familiar with the day-to-day challenges of business professionals, and I have coached many people over the years on career, job stress, and work issues.

Our coaching time together provides you a safe place to explore your challenges, ideas, and opportunities for the future. 

You will get:

• Coaching session with me via telephone or Skype
• One or more self-assessments to complete prior to call
  
• Audio MP3 recording of our conversation

What we will cover:

• Discuss the career and work issues that are most important to you right now
  
• Review of at least one assessment (more if we have time)
• Explore practical next steps to get you from where you are to where you want to be

• Copy of your resume
• Telephone # or Skype username
