1:1 session is around 1 h where we will talk about your life and what would you like to change or upgrade.

 I use Meet App/Skype/Hangouts for life conversations -that gives me and you flexibility of private talk when is the most convenient for you, if you prefer not to talk and write me a letter feel free to do that as I understand not all emotions are talk-able straight away.
