As a HR practitioner, corporate trainer and coach for over 20 years, I have personally helped many working professionals achieve success during my career. I've led teams, interviewed countless candidates, coached business leaders and working professionals who want success in their career. In interviews, we see what get candidates the job and what doesn't. In work performance, we see what gets people ahead and what doesn't. Even with high potentials, we see what got them there and what causes high potentials to fall from grace. 

I believe everyone can create influence and therefore, power, to make the changes we want to see, whether in our professional or personal life. There are some critical ingredients for success that we see again and again. I would like to help you discover that.

I work primarily with women in all stages of their career and life. I only work with women who want to take personal responsibility for their life. Those who hope to find a magic bullet or are unwilling to put in hard work and have an open mind should not apply. This is a process and a journey, so those expecting overnight success should also not apply.
