Never, never, ever say, "No."

It shows a lack of interest, a lack of preparation, and generally leaves the interviewer feeling let down. If you ask questions, the interview is more like a conversation than a game of 20 questions. 

I have a list of questions that experience shows really engages an interviewer. The questions I have help take you from job seeker on an interview to conversationalist with real interest in the position.

Don't just walk out of an interview having answered their questions perfectly. Walk out of an interview after having an actual conversation about them and the position they're trying to fill.
